Crea&Food Business Solutions was born in 2021 from a long-standing passion for the food industry, and more specifically bread & pastry, chocolate, cookies and other sweets. Entrepreneur Denis Leleu studied to be a baker & pastry chef and was then able to gain experience at various places such as Leonidas and as a chef-patissier at Yves Matagne's star restaurant The Sea Grill, where he was able to fully express his passion. Later, he used this experience in the industrial sector, where he joined the Quintens group, one of the largest industrial bakeries in Belgium, as Technical Support Manager.
He also earned his stripes at Sweetwell, the Belgian start-up that developed a sugar substitute, and Taiga International, known for its development and sales of sweets. Today he works at Couplet Sugars, where he has been involved in many projects, such as the market development of the Liège waffle. From there it was only a small step to start up Crea&Food Business Solutions, a decision resulting from the demand to work on various projects.
